What will you be doing?

As a Sales Consultant at Medisol, you will be responsible for selling AEDs and resuscitation manikins to our Belgian customers. This role involves not only selling these products, but also providing expert advice. You listen carefully to the customer’s need and, thanks to your expertise, you always know how to give your customers the best advice! Do you have no knowledge of AEDs at the moment? No problem! We will make sure you receive sufficient training to help customers in the best possible way.

For your customers, you will prepare quotations, process orders in the system, handle service requests and any complaints, and take care of the after-sales. You are therefore responsible for the entire sales process from A to Z! This means that you really get the chance to build good relationships with your customers.

In addition to the above activities, expanding our market share in Belgium is a big part of your role. You do this by actively looking for new customer relationships, researching potential customers and eventually actually approaching these potential customers. This way, you ensure that our customer base in Belgium is expanded even further! All this is done from our office in Vlissingen, but you will also be on the road in Belgium every once in a while to visit customers or participate in trade fairs.

Together with the marketing team, you continuously work on Medisol’s online visibility. You do this by optimising the webshop, among other things. Your insights in terms of developments in the market and in the field of e-commerce are highly appreciated!

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • You have sales experience, preferably in e-commerce
  • You know the Belgian market through and through and you know how the (business) culture works
  • There is no I in Team at Medisol. You are a real team player!
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and French languages, both written and oral, and good command of the English language
  • Good communication skills to strengthen our existing customer relationships and to create new ones
