Due to continued growth within our international organisation, we are looking for a Team Manager Sales to manage our native sales consultants for the Netherlands, DACH and Scandinavia regions on a daily basis.

What will you be doing?

As Team Manager Sales, you will lead our sales teams consisting mainly of native speakers from the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia. These sales teams are responsible for sales and account management activities across these different regions. As Team Manager Sales, you and your sales teams set up a departmental strategy and determine the medium-term course. In doing so, you take into account Medisol’s overall strategy, the opportunities in the markets and the capacity within your teams. You ensure the professional development of your team members and encourage the desired cooperation.

Together with your teams, as Team Manager Sales you are responsible for marketing, sales and acquisition activities in the regions. You set goals, create frameworks and monitor progress. You maintain an overview of all region-related activities and market developments in the field of, for example, regulations and price developments. You anticipate these. Together with your teams, you identify improvement opportunities for processes and participate in projects for the further professionalisation of your teams.

As Team Manager Sales, you coach and guide your team members in their development. You ensure a nice atmosphere within your teams and you have an eye for “the person” behind your employees! You have frequent meetings with your team members to keep a good connection with them.

Thanks to your expertise and commercial experience, you know better than anyone how to coach your teams in areas such as marketing, account management and pricing policy.

The Team Manager Sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are preferably available 40 hours a week, 32 hours is negotiable
  • You have knowledge of e-commerce and several years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages. Knowledge of a third language is a big plus
  • Vision, creativity and enthusiasm. This will also make your team happy!
  • Commercial and managerial experience, preferably in an international environment
