How did you end up at Medisol?

After 30 years in international business as a sales representative and key accountmanager, I decided to quit my job and I posted my resume on LinkedIn. Medisol responded to this.

What is your role at Medisol?

Key Accountmanager for Belgium, both Flanders and Wallonia.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

The day starts with checking and processing orders, quotations, e-mails, phone calls. Advise customers and assist them with the selection of the right AED and/or equipment for reanimation courses. Following up on offers, confirming technical service appointments, planning and developing commercial activities together with the marketing department, etc.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

The challenge of sales has always been my drive, and now I have the privilege of selling life-saving products! My goal is making progress and boost business, and every customer brings the opportunity for a new approach. I aim to always make a sale that will leave both the customer and our company happy, so that we can continue to grow the mutual business together for years to come.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

Medisol is a dynamic growing company with an international character. It’s great to be part of the informal team, with very nice colleagues from many different countries. There is little hierarchy and personal input and initiative regarding the approach to the Belgian market is encouraged.
