Anne-Marieke

Director of Operations

“I find it a challenge to make the AED, which people sometimes still look at with suspicion, available to the large group.”

How did you end up at Medisol?

I was already working in the industry and came across Medisol on the job. It immediately interested me. Medisol was still a much smaller company at the time. I was the fourth person together with Marinde.

What is your role at Medisol?

Director of Operations.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Many consultation moments between the different departments; the topics here are constantly changing due to the rapid growth. I ensure that the departments can work well together and I am involved in the growth of the organization.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

I do this job because I really enjoy selling a life-saving product. I find it a challenge to make the AED, which people sometimes still look at with suspicion, available to the large group. Thanks to the good customer service and useful websites, everyone can find independent information about AED. In this way I also contribute to the accessibility of AEDs.

What result that you have achieved at Medisol are you proud of?

Together we have formed a wonderful team and set up a solid organization that is ready to put many more AEDs on the market.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

Nice, driven colleagues and a great goal to pursue.
