How did you end up at Medisol?

Medisol originated from an attic room… As an ambulance nurse I started Medisol together with a colleague ambulance driver in 2001.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Start the morning with a cup of coffee. After that check mail, at 9:30 am we meet with our Management Team to discuss all current affairs and the rest of the day is always very variable.

Agreements with suppliers, relations and employees are often on the agenda. I also try to maintain a balance between work and private life. I often go home at 17:00, but that is not always possible!

What drives you? Why do you do this job? 

For years my motivation has been: to save people’s lives. First many years in the hospital and on the ambulance, now via Medisol.

What result that you have achieved at Medisol are you proud of?

Building a wonderful company with enthusiastic employees and actually adding something to societiy.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?
