How did you end up at Medisol?

I started as an intern in January 2015. During my internship, in addition to my graduation research, I often helped on the technical side of Medisol. The number of tasks continued to grow. After six months and successfully completing my internship, I was offered the opportunity to stay and I decided to accept it.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

There is no such thing as an average day. The day can start in any department. Helping and guiding colleagues or customers in solving problems and issues is often the order of the day. Devising and implementing improvements in processes, looking for possibilities to increase the user-friendliness of the web shops and ensuring that technical components run and can be used by colleagues and customers, are also part of my day. In addition, consulting with the IT team and especially with teams from other departments is often a way to put forward nice ideas.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

Medisol stands for “Saving Lives” and I like to combine my commercial background with technical skills in order to contribute to society.

What result that you have achieved at Medisol are you proud of?

Every time I can offer added value to a colleague or customer. Fortunately, this happens often, but it gives a good feeling every time!

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

The (indirect) social responsibility makes it the most enjoyable for me. I don’t have any colleagues who don’t fit in with Medisol, which makes the atmosphere unique and pleasant. In addition, I also enjoy being able to talk in Polish with some colleagues and customers every now and then. “Dzien dobry!” is now almost the official greeting of Medisol!
