Service Administrator

“The co-workers who all are so open, fun and friendly, the “Vrijmibo” and off course the different events that the “PPC” organises is what makes it fun to work at Medisol.”

How did you end up at Medisol?

After working in the hospitality industry for a couple of years, I was looking for something challenging and new. While browsing the internet for a couple of weeks, this vacancy popped up and god me enthusiastic the more I read about it.

What is your role at Medisol?

I was hired to fulfil the new function as Service Administrator. I will mainly dive into the processes and the after sales.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Every day looks a little bit different. In the morning, I first check if I have meetings that day and if I have any urgent e-mails and tickets. Based on that, I try to check and act on every individual situation. If I do have a few minutes to spare, I’d like to check and write down situations that I have seen that could be improved.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

Most of the situations I am in means that either a parcel is missing or is damaged. To me, it is important to maintain the trust that our customers have with us by keeping them updated as well as improving them with an alternative (either permanently or temporarily), so that no one will be without a full functioning AED.

What makes it so fun to work at Medisol?

The co-workers who all are so open, fun and friendly, the “Vrijmibo” and off course the different events that the Party Planning Commitee organises.
