Service Center Operator

“The atmosphere in the company is great! The fact that we have a lot of different AED’s, cabinets, manikins and parts makes it that a day is never fully the same. That keeps it interesting!”

How did you end up at Medisol?

After working for the same company for around 8 years, I was looking for a new challenge. Some of my old colleagues were working at Medisol and they send me the vacancy. After some thinking I decided to go for it! After some good talks, I realized it was the perfect step for me.

What is your role at Medisol?

I’m a Service Center Operator, doing the service on the AED’s and making sure they work properly is one of my main tasks.

What does an average day at Medisol look like for you?

The start of the day is of course a fresh cup of coffee an turning the music on. After that, prepping the loan and service AED’s for shipping is the first task. Then we try to split up the day by doing service on customer AED’s, handle tickets with questions from the customers and handle returning goods.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

For me, the combination of helping people and working in logistics was the perfect combo. Maintaining and repairing has always been the thing I most enjoyed. The fact that we have a lot of different AED’s, cabinets, manikins and parts makes it that a day is never fully the same. That keeps it interesting!

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

The atmosphere in the company is great! For me specially, the service team just harmonies super well, we can joke around a full day but still work seriously and efficient. The fact that the people higher up try to listen to you when you come with ideas and comments helps a lot as well.
