How did you end up at Medisol?
I was looking for a job with many new challenges and where I could learn a lot. Luckily, I saw the vacancy for E-mail Marketeer at LinkedIn. The vacancy described a dynamic position and that really appealed to me.
What is your role at Medisol?
Currently, I work as an online marketing specialist with focus on e-mail marketing. I am responsible for the Medisol-newsletters, campaigns and marketing automations. I also contribute to the implementation of the new CRM system. Besides that, I design flyers, banners and brochures, and write texts.
What does an average day at Medisol look like?
I start the day by checking my mailbox to see if I received any requests or questions, and with the daily meetings to discuss the most important tasks for that day. Next to that, I mainly work on the monthly newsletters for all countries within Medisol. For this, I have a lot of contact with the various sales teams. I also design flyers, folders or banners for various teams. Together with the marketing team, I help set up campaigns, for example when we launch a new product, or when an event is coming up. Monitoring various statistics to track marketing results is also part of my job.
What drives you? Why do you do this job?
I am always looking for new challenges, and I really like the fact that I can develop myself in this job. No day is the same at Medisol and there are always new things to learn! Besides that, it makes me proud to be part of a team that helps saving lives.
What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?
My co-workers are all really fun to work with. I like the open environment at Medisol. There is always room to have a chat or laugh. You immediately feel like part of the family once you start to work here. And of course the office dogs are a nice benefit!
