ComPlus BV is known for the Dutch and Belgian online stores ‘AEDvoordelig.’ Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about this acquisition. 

I am a customer of AEDwinkel and/or AEDvoordelig. Where should I go from now on? 

You can contact both webshops and their respective customer service departments with your inquiries. We will assist you as you have come to expect from us. 

Why do I get Medisol on the phone when I call AEDvoordelig? 

We are in the process of merging the teams that answer the phone to improve accessibility. We will do our utmost to assist you with the quality you are accustomed to. 

Why do I receive an email from Medisol when I email AEDvoordelig? 

We are in the process of merging the teams that respond to emails to improve accessibility. We will do our utmost to assist you with the quality you are accustomed to.

Does the customer service remain the same?

I am a reseller at AEDwinkel and/or AEDvoordelig. What changes for me? 

You are welcome in both webshops as usual. 

I have a complaint about a product or the service. Where should I go?

I filed a complaint before the announcement of the acquisition. How will this be handled?

If I make a purchase at AEDvoordelig.nl / AEDvoordelig.be, are there new terms and conditions? 

The terms referenced during the purchase process are the applicable general terms and conditions.

Which account number should I use for bank transfers after placing an order? 

You can use the account number mentioned on the invoice.  

Does anything change in the warranty terms of my purchase? 

The warranty for your order remains guaranteed. Medisol takes over the granted warranty, ensuring you receive good service now and in the future. 

I have a maintenance contract with AEDvoordelig. How will this be continued? 

Maintenance contracts will be continued. If there are future changes to the services or terms, you will be notified separately. 

I have fixed (price) agreements with AEDvoordelig, will these be continued by AEDvoordelig or by Medisol? 

Special customer agreements remain applicable even after the acquisition. If there are future changes to the services or terms, you will be notified separately. 

Can I now also avail services from AEDvoordelig at Medisol? 

The product and service offerings are separate for each online store. Therefore, you may find differences on various Medisol online stores. Specific requests can be communicated via email at [email protected]

What prices apply to service contracts? 

AEDvoordelig and AEDwinkel have different service offerings. The prices mentioned on the online stores are the applicable prices. 

Does Medisol now also offer first aid bags, bandages, fire extinguishers, etc.?
