Since September 2024 we have been part of the Safe Life group. This group of companies with Swedish roots is rapidly expanding worldwide. Currently, Safe Life consists of about 30 companies spread across Europe and North America.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Sales Consultant International, you play a key role in driving the international growth of Medisol. You are responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding our presence in international markets, with a primary focus on Eastern Europe.
You actively sell our range of AEDs, resuscitation manikins, and related products through phone and online channels. By closely monitoring market developments and customer needs, you identify opportunities and translate them into commercial success. No experience with our products yet? No worries. We provide extensive training and support to ensure you become a trusted advisor for our customers and partners.
Your impact
Medisol International serves end customers and distributors worldwide through our webshop and extensive partner network. In this role, you are at the forefront of that international expansion. You build strong relationships with end users and distributors across the globe, uncover new opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth of our international business.
You are not only focused on sales targets but also on creating long-term partnerships. Through your commercial insight, proactive approach, and consultative sales style, you help customers find the right solutions while maximizing business opportunities for Medisol.
What you’ll do
- Share market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial opportunities to help shape future strategies.
- Drive international sales growth through proactive business development and account management.
- Identify, approach, and convert new distributors and end customers in emerging and existing markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Advise customers on the best solutions based on their needs and market developments.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate after-sales activities, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve online visibility, optimize the webshop, and support e-commerce growth initiatives.
A senior role with leadership responsibilities
As the senior member of the team, you take on an important coaching and coordinating role. You support colleagues in their professional development, share best practices, and help maintain a high-performance sales culture. You also act as a trusted point of contact between the team and the Territory Manager South, helping to align priorities and drive results.

- Salary between € 3.600 and € 5200 gross per month based on your knowledge and experience (40 hours).

What do we expect from you?
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
- You have a bachelor degree and a solid experience as a teamleader or coordinator in a commercial role.
- There is no I in Team at Medisol! You are a real team player and enjoy working with colleagues from different teams.
- Excellent command of the English language, written and oral.
- You have a strong personality and have no problems with (cold) acquisition and negotiation.
- Good communication skills to strengthen our existing customer relationships and to create new ones.
