Key Account Manager France

As part of strengthening our team in France and French-speaking Switzerland (4 people), we are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented French-speaking Key Account Manager.

Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the business development and performance of your portfolio in French-speaking markets, with a clear focus on growth and acquiring new customers. You will mainly work from our office in Vlissingen.

Business development and acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and win new strategic customers (key accounts, tenders, partners)
  • Actively develop your sales portfolio and generate new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed your revenue and margin targets

Key Account Management and Development

  • Develop and implement structured account plans
  • Drive revenue growth with existing customers (upselling, cross-selling)
  • Build and maintain a strong network of decision-makers at different levels

Negotiation and closing

  • Lead commercial negotiations (price, volume, contract terms)
  • Prepare competitive and value-driven commercial proposals
  • Close long-term agreements with strategic customers

Market analysis and strategy

  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify new growth opportunities and recommend concrete actions
  • Actively contribute to the regional sales strategy

Internal coordination and execution

  • Act as the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams (marketing, service, logistics)
  • Ensure smooth execution of customer projects and high customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales forecasts and ensure reliable reporting

Representation and networking

  • Attend trade fairs and industry events
  • Increase Medisol’s visibility in the French and French-speaking Swiss markets

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week
  • You have experience in a similar sales role
  • At Medisol, there is no such thing as “I” in team. You are a true team player, both within your own team and with other departments across the organisation
  • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Because English is our working language, a good command of English is also important
  • You are curious: you are interested in our product offering and motivated to learn more and share your knowledge with your customers
  • You always keep your promises, are well-organised, and can adapt quickly when needed
