Sales Consultant DACH

In this position, you combine the best of two worlds: you are actively involved in sales while also playing an important role in strengthening our marketing activities within the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). What will you do?

In this role, together with a team of 6 colleagues, you will be responsible for the growth of the DACH market. You will have frequent contact with customers and help them make the right choices. You will advise customers on our products, prepare and follow up on quotations, and ensure that everything related to an order runs smoothly. You will handle any complaints and take care of after-sales service. In short: you will manage the entire sales process from A to Z!

What makes this role especially interesting is that you will not only be engaged in sales. You will also actively contribute ideas on how to increase our visibility in the market. You will identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete marketing and sales actions. For example, this may include improving webshop content, supporting the marketing team in setting up campaigns through newsletters and social media, or responding to relevant market developments and trends.

Together with our SEO specialist, you will work on increasing our online visibility and think along about optimizing the webshop. You will also support the translation of content. Finally, you will be responsible for organizing trade fairs and events. You will be actively involved in the preparation and attend these events yourself to represent Medisol. In short, this is a varied role in which you combine sales and marketing and are given room to take initiative.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week
  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial field
  • Several years of experience in a commercial role
  • Fluent command of the German language and good command of English
  • Strong commercial drive and customer focus
  • Affinity with marketing, content, and online optimization
