As a Sales Consultant Italy, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Italian market. Together with two experienced colleagues, you will contribute to further growth in Italy and build long-term customer relationships from our office in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
You will be given a high level of responsibility, plenty of room for initiative, and excellent opportunities to further develop your commercial skills.
What Will You Do?
As a Sales Consultant, you will combine sales, account management, and e-commerce activities within one versatile role.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and expand customer relationships in Italy
- Proactively approach new customers and identify business opportunities
- Advise customers on AEDs, CPR products, and accessories
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Conduct market research and identify commercial opportunities
- Maintain commercial administration and after-sales support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase the online visibility of the Italian webshop
- Contribute content for websites, social media, and online marketing campaigns
No experience with AEDs? No problem. Through our comprehensive onboarding program, we will fully train you to become a product specialist.

What Do You Bring?
We are looking for an energetic professional who sees opportunities and knows how to turn them into results.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree level (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in a commercial role, sales, or account management
- Excellent command of Italian, both spoken and written
- Good command of English
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Affinity with international trade and e-commerce
Experience with online sales, webshops, or digital marketing is considered a strong advantage.
