What will you be doing?
As a Service Planner, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are the link between our customers, our service technicians, and the internal organization. Your tasks include:
- Planning maintenance visits to customers in the Benelux.
- Responding quickly to urgent requests, for example, if an AED is malfunctioning or has been used.
• Creating smart routes so that our service engineers can work efficiently. - Keeping records, such as inspection reports, contract changes, and customer contact via email and telephone.
In short: you ensure that our customers can always count on perfect maintenance and service!

- Salary between €2.600 and €3.300 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience
- 32 vacation days per year (full-time)

What do we expect from you?
- You are available between 24 and 32 hours per week, with Friday as a mandatory working day
- You have experience as a (logistics) planner
- You work accurately, are customer-oriented, and have a great sense of responsibility
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
