Sales Consultant Poland

At Medisol, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Polish sales team who truly understands customers and masters all aspects of commercial operations. You’ll be part of a close-knit, international team, interacting with colleagues and clients in Poland, and working from our office in Vlissingen (with the option of working from home). What will you be doing?

As a Sales Consultant for our Polish market, you and your direct colleague will be jointly responsible for achieving our commercial objectives in Poland. You will independently manage your customer portfolio, maintain existing relationships, and actively seek out new customers. You will provide expert advice to customers about our products (AEDs, resuscitation manikins, and accessories) and translate their needs into appropriate solutions.

Your duties will include:

  • Active sales (by phone, email, and chat) in the Polish market
  • Acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships
  • Preparing, following up, and processing quotes and orders, including after-sales support
  • Identifying market developments, trends, and commercial opportunities
  • Contributing to pricing strategies, campaigns, and promotions
  • Contributing to the optimization of the Polish webshop
  • Handling the administrative aspects of the entire sales process

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available 32 hours per week
  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial (sales/office) role
  • You speak and write fluent Polish. You also have an excellent command of English
  • You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and commercially driven
  • You have no trouble with acquisition and negotiation
  • You work independently, but are also a true team player: There’s no “I” in Team at Medisol!
