How did you end up at Medisol?

The vacancy was pointed out to me by two other employees at Medisol. Because I was looking for a new job that would challenge me more, I decided to apply.

What is your role at Medisol?

I am a Service Administrator.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

In the morning, I check if we have meetings that day so I can take this into account in my planning for the day. After that, I turn on the phone, check my emails, handle every situation and question that comes in that day. We check if all parcels are shipped out correctly and if not, we act on that. Sometimes we also have an emergency call when an AED has been used and, in those cases, we comfort the customer and help them in the best possible way. If we have time left, we also check the processes and try to improve them where needed.

What makes it so fun to work at Medisol?

The contact with customers, the colleagues and the international vibe. I also like the different events that are organised (outside our office hours) which allows you to get in touch with your colleagues in a different setting and get to know each other in a different and more relaxed way.
