How did you end up at Medisol?

I was looking for a position where I could combine my administrative skills with customer interaction, ideally in a meaningful industry. When I came across the vacancy at Medisol, the company’s mission to save lives through AEDs immediately resonated with me. After learning more about the team and the company culture, I knew it was the right fit.

What is your role at Medisol?

I work as a Sales Administrator, which means I handle a range of tasks that support the sales process and after sales – such as processing orders, managing customer information, preparing quotes, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I work closely with both the sales team and logistics partners to ensure our customers receive the beste possible service.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

My day usually starts by checking and processing incoming orders and emails. I communicate with customers about delivery times or product information and other customer service-related questions. There’s always collaboration – whether it’s with colleagues, or logistic partners. It’s dynamic, and no days are the same which keeps it exiting.

The team spirit here is great – everyone is approachable, helpful, and passionate about the company’s mission. We work in a fast-paced environment, but there’s also room for laughter and creativity. Plus, it’s rewarding to be part of a growing international company with a strong sense of purpose. The team spirit, the colleagues supportive and positive attitude once I walk in the door is really the greatest and it just gives me joy to come to work and to do more than my best.
