As a Key Accountmanager for the French and French-speaking Swiss markets, you will have the freedom to attract new customers, further expand existing accounts, and make real impact. At Medisol, you are not just selling a product: with every AED we deliver, we contribute to our Saving Lives mission. What will you be doing?
As a Key Accountmanager, you will be responsible for Medisol’s growth in the French and French-speaking Swiss markets. You will manage your own client portfolio and actively seek out business opportunities. You will know how to retain existing clients and identify further opportunities in the market.
In this role, you will be heavily involved in sales. You will reach out to potential clients, hold meetings with decision-makers, and be a good listener when it comes to their needs. You will help brainstorm suitable solutions and prepare commercial proposals. Negotiation is also part of your role. For example, you will discuss prices, volumes, and contract terms, and ensure that opportunities ultimately turn into revenue.
In addition to attracting new customers, you maintain strong relationships with existing customers. You understand their needs, think proactively, and ensure that commitments are fulfilled. Together with your customers, you develop clear plans for the future and monitor the results. You also keep an eye on the market: what’s happening with customers and competitors, and where are new opportunities for Medisol?
You will be based at our office in Vlissingen and will be part on an international sales team. You will work closely with your colleagues and serve as a key link between customers and departments such as Marketing, Service, and Logistics.
Although the role is primarily based in Vlissingen, you will also travel occasionally. You will visit clients and represent Medisol at trade shows and other events. On average, this involves about 4 to 6 business trips per year.

What do we expect from you?
You have a business-oriented mindset, thrive on customer interaction, and enjoy turning opportunities into results. You spot opportunities and aren’t afraid to go after them. You also bring the following to the table:
- You have experience in a similar sales or account management role
- You speak and write French fluently. This is a must for this position. You’re also comfortable communicating in English
- You’re sales-driven and thrive on achieving business goals
- You excel at building and maintaining customer relationships. You know how to win people over, but you’re also confident in engaging in business discussions and negotiations
- You’re curious and eager to gain a deep understanding of our products and the market. This will enable you to provide customers with increasingly better advice
- You work independently, maintain a clear overview, and follow through on your commitments
- You’re a true team player. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Service, and Logistics
- You’re flexible and enjoy traveling occasionally for client visits or trade shows
