How did you end up at Medisol?
I was looking for a job within an international company with a mission that aligns with my values. I found the job opening on LinkedIn and applied the same day. It’s rare to find a company like Medisol in Zeeland!
What is your role at Medisol?
Sales Consultant for the UK and Irish market.
What does an average day at Medisol look like?
There’s no such thing as an average day at Medisol. My days include answering customer questions on the phone or through e-mail, performing market research, keeping our webshops up-to-date, processing orders, regular strategic meetings and some marketing activities.
What drives you? Why do you do this job?
It was really important for me to make sure I work at a company that does something good for the world. Medisol sells AED’s, we save lives! It’s beautiful to be a part of that.
There is also a lot of room for new ideas and improvements. This really gives us a lot of room for growth which is really motivating.
What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?
Definitely the people. It doesn’t even need to be Friday for that (although the Friday drinks are really fun), Medisol is a very diverse, open and international team. Exactly what I wised for! My colleagues feel like friends.
