How did you end up at Medisol?

In 2020, I was supposed to start at Medisol as a Sales Consultant for the Portuguese market. Unfortunately, due to COVID, this was no longer possible. In October 2023, I saw a position posted via social media for a Quality Specialist role. With my previous experiences, I didn’t hesitate to send my application for the job… and here I am!

What is your role at Medisol?

Quality Specialist (QS) is all about controlling and improving the quality of a product or service. Because quality assurance can be applied to any conceivable object or concept, the potential field of activity for quality assurance is very large. Any company that values assurance or has to comply with strict quality requirements can invest in a good quality specialist department.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Every day bring something new and exciting. I find myself constantly immersed in diverse improvement projects, often balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. Regularly have a brainstorming meeting to gather and write down input to solve processes issues or create and improve something totally new. It’s interesting and engaging.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?
