How did you end up at Medisol?

A friend of mine worked at Medisol and she talked very enthusiastic about the company. That is why – as soon as I saw a vacancy that matched my experience – I decided to apply.

What is your role at Medisol?

I work as Key Accountmanager in the Dutch team.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Apart from running the day-to-day managerial tasks of the Dutch sales team, I – together with my colleagues – advise customers on the purchase of AED’s, AED accessoires, reanimation manikins and similar items. I also make quotations, book orders and have regular contact with colleagues from other departments within Medisol.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

First of all, it is of course great to be able to work at a company that sells products to save lives. Furthermore, I work in a nice team and for me it is important that there is room for personal input and development within the company.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

It is an informal, flat organization with an open-door policy. Showing initiative is encouraged an there is room for personal input and development.
