Your role

As Team Lead Service, you will manage the employees in the Service Center. This team consists of five Service Operators (two of whom are external) and two Service Administrators. You will ensure that the work is distributed evenly and that everyone knows what needs to be done.

At the same time, you will also be actively involved in the work yourself. We are therefore not looking for a manager who only coordinates, but someone who also takes on tasks themselves when necessary.

You will help out during busy periods, deal with difficult questions, and support colleagues. In addition, you will look at how processes can be improved and made more efficient. You will ensure calm, clarity, and clear agreements within the team.

What will you be doing?

Assisting with operations

  • Scheduling and following up on service and maintenance work
  • Handling more complex customer queries
  • Liaising with other departments such as Logistics, Sales, and Finance
  • Assisting with administrative processing

Managing the team

  • Distributing daily tasks
  • Monitoring planning and progress
  • Being the first point of contact for the team
  • Conducting performance and assessment interviews
  • Guiding and developing colleagues

Improving processes

  • Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
  • Contributing ideas and drawing up service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Contributing to the further growth of the service department in Europe
  • Reporting to management on progress and results

  • A full-time position (32–40 hours)
  • Salary between €2.900 and €4.100 gross per month

What do we expect from you?

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience in a coordinating or managerial role. Experience in a service organization is an advantage
  • Willingness to actively participate in operational tasks
  • Good organizational skills
  • Eye for improvement and structure
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • You feel comfortable in a growing, international organization
