Vlissingen, 15 June 2026 – Medisol is taking an important strategic step in the further development of its European organisation. As of June 2026, Medisol’s operational activities will be transferred to a newly established entity, Safe Life Europe BV. From its headquarters in Vlissingen, Safe Life Europe will play an increasingly important role in supporting the operational activities of the group’s European companies. This transition takes place under the leadership of CEO Anne-Marieke Wieman, who was appointed as Medisol’s new CEO in May 2026.
With this development, the expertise Medisol has built over the past 25 years in logistics, procurement, AED service, and quality management will be utilised more broadly to support other Safe Life companies across Europe.
At the same time, Medisol will continue to operate as a commercial organisation with a strong focus on customers, sales, and market development. This clear division of responsibilities creates additional opportunities to further strengthen both operational and commercial activities.
According to Anne-Marieke Wieman, this step offers significant benefits for both the organisation and its customers:
