At Medisol, our goal is for everyone worldwide to have access to an AED within 6 minutes. Our Service Center plays a crucial role in this. We maintain, check, and repair AEDs so that they are always ready for use. Will you be our new Service Center Operator?
What will you be doing?
In this versatile position, you will work with a small, motivated team on the entire maintenance process for AEDs. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, replacing batteries and electrodes, performing safety checks according to protocol, and cleaning the devices. In addition, you will install software updates and accurately record all work in our system so that customers receive a complete inspection report immediately.
You will be in regular contact with suppliers, logistics partners, and (internal) customers via our service portal, by email, or by phone. You will also handle returns, repairs, and claims and take care of the logistics processing of loan devices. Occasionally, you may be asked to give training, possibly in English.
Finally, you will actively contribute ideas for process improvements and future-proof solutions so that our Service Center can work more efficiently and effectively!

- Salary between €2,600 and €3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience

What do we expect from you?
- You want to work between 32 and 40 hours per week and are available on Mondays and Tuesdays at least
- You have an affinity with technology (technical knowledge is an advantage; you will receive full training internally)
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and also have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- You work accurately and are good at following procedures and checklists
- You are computer literate and work smoothly with systems (Excel, ERP, reports)
- You are a real team player, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills
