Due to continued growth within our international organization we are looking for a Team Leader Sales to manage our sales consultants in team Netherlands, DACH and Scandinavia.
What will you be doing?
As Team Leader Sales, you will lead international sales teams, consisting of native speakers from the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia, on a daily basis. Together with your teams, you develop a clear departmental strategy and set the course for the medium term. In doing so, you take into account Medisol’s overall strategy, the opportunities in the market and the capacity within your teams. You simulate professional development, knowledge sharing and smooth cooperation between team members and departments.
Thanks to your commercial experience, you know how to coach your teams in the areas of marketing, account management and pricing policy. You actively manage sales and acquisition activities, set clear goals, create frameworks and monitor the progress of these activities. You respond to these in a timely manner!
You are also constantly alert to improvement opportunities in processes and make a valuable contribution to projects aimed at further professionalizing the department. When necessary, you support complex customer questions and important accounts. You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, have regular discussions with team members to stay well connected, and have genuine attention for the person behind the employee.

- Salary between €4.800 and €6.500 gross per month based on 40 hours

- You are preferably available 40 hours per week, 32 hours is negotiable
- Several years of experience in a similar commercial and managerial role, preferably in an international environment
- Knowledge of or affinity with e-commerce
- Good command of Dutch and English; a third language is an advantage
- Strong commercial skills, vision and creativity
- A connecting and motivating leadership style
