Then we might be looking for you!

As a German speaking Sales Consultant you will be joining our Northern Sales team, consisting of mostly natives from the Northern countries of Europe.

More specifically you will be responsible for the sale of our products (AEDs and resuscitation manikins) in the German-speaking countries. You will offer products tailored to customers. You will actively search for new customer relationships and further expand your customer database. You will ensure that existing relationships are maintained and strengthened. You see opportunities and dare to take initiative.

What you will be doing:

  • You will look for new opportunities to further increase our market position in the German-speaking countries
  • You are an online expert. E-commerce is your kind of commerce
  • You provide our customers with expert advice in terms of our lifesaving products
  • You know how to make the perfect sales cocktail by mixing your commercial mindset with great integrity and put reliability first
  • You see opportunities everywhere or dare to take initiative
  • You build relationships and know how to maintain them

How you will be doing that:

  • You provide expert advice to our customers
  • You make and follow-up on quotations, process orders, handle service requests, deal with complaints and provide after sales
  • You continuously work on expanding the Medisol brand in your region
  • You are responsible for increasing sales figures in your region
  • Together with the business development team you will continuously work on the online visibility of Medisol. You do so by optimizing the website and by actively promoting Medisol through Social Media
  • You communicate smoothly and efficiently with colleagues in the Business Development, Procurement, After Sales, Warehouse and Southern Sales -Team

What we expect from you:

  • You are available for a minimum of 24 hours a week
  • You have experience in the e-commerce sales field
  • There is no I in Team at Medisol. You are a real team player, but you are also perfectly capable of working independently
  • Excellent written and oral knowledge of the German language. Good knowledge of the Dutch or English language
  • Enthusiasm, independence, creativity and commitment to further expand sales
  • Good communication skills to intensify our existing relationships and create new ones

Wat wij doen

Wij zijn een Nederlandse leverancier van Automatische Externe Defibrillators en gerelateerde reanimatieproducten zoals beademingsmaskers en reanimatiepoppen.

Ons bedrijf is de afgelopen jaren uitgegroeid tot marktleider in de verkoop van AED’s binnen de Benelux. De komende jaren staan in het teken van het verwezenlijken van ons doel:

In 2025 heeft iedereen in Europa binnen 6 minuten een AED tot z’n beschikking.

11 (!)  jaar op een rij hebben wij de FD Gazelle gewonnen. Medisol behoort daarmee tot een select groepje van bedrijven in Nederland dat 11x of meer een FD Gazelle in de wacht heeft gesleept.

Viermaal zelfs de prestigieuze Gouden Gazelle als het snelst groeiende bedrijf van Zeeland. Daarnaast drie nominaties voor de High Growth Awards.

Binnen een aantal jaar zijn wij gegroeid van van 5 naar zo’n 50 medewerkers; 10 verschillende nationaliteiten en een onafgebroken jaarlijkse omzetgroei van tientallen procenten.
