How did you end up at Medisol?

After finishing my education here in the Netherlands, I was looking for a place where I would fit in and feel welcome. I was contacted through LinkedIn by the HR department and was very interested. On my first visit I immediately felt at home at Medisol, with all the different languages and nationalities around me.

What is your role at Medisol?

I am part of the Nordics team. I am one of the sales consultants for Denmark.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

I have many different tasks, so a typical day doesn’t really exist. I do everything related to customer service; answering the phone and emails, making new orders and sending updates about them, keeping track of orders for customers and helping with payment. I also work on keeping our website up to date and make translations for newsletters and social media. There is always something to do!

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

Working within a company and with a product that has such an impact on people, is very inspiring and pushes me to do my best. I have such great co-workers, who took me in immediately and always help me out – and they are very funny.

My passion is helping customers and doing my best to give them the best experience. I am very happy to be able to do that here at Medisol.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

Being able to speak my native language and interact with customers from my homeland. And of course my amazing colleagues!
