At Medisol, we work toward a single goal: ensuring that AEDs are always ready to save lives. As a Service Administrator, you are the person who arranges and schedules maintenance for these AEDs. You schedule appointments, follow up on maintenance, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Do you combine planning skills with customer focus, and are you ready for a position with real impact? What will you be doing?
As a Service Administrator, planning is central to your work. You ensure that all planned and unplanned maintenance on AEDs is efficiently scheduled, monitored, and processed. You coordinate with customers, colleagues, and logistic partners, and ensure that all parties involved know what needs to be done, when, and how. You will also be the point of contact for logistic issues and will actively contribute to process optimization.
This is what your job will involve:
- You will create and monitor the schedule for all service and maintenance appointments
- You will ensure that AEDs are received, serviced, and returned on time
- You will be in contact with customers, both by phone and email, to inform them about current issues and answer questions
- You will work with logistics partners such as UPS, GLS, and PostNL
- You will process service, warranty, and return information in the systems
- You will create reports and contribute ideas on how to make the work even easier and faster

- Salary between €2.700 and €3.300 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience
- 32 vacation days per year (full-time)

What do we expect from you?
- You are available for 24 hours per week and may have the opportunity to increase this to 32 hours in the future
- MBO4 working and thinking level
- You are strong at planning and organizing
- You are proficient in working with various administrative systems
- You work accurately, are customer-oriented, and have a great sense of responsibility
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
